Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ravia collects and how we use it. Ravia is a digital closet and marketplace for South Asian fashion. Questions can be sent to ravia.marketplace@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, display name and email address.
• Closet items, listings, photos and text you choose to upload.
• Shipping information you provide for orders.
• Firebase-generated identifiers and device information used for security, notifications and product analytics.
• Payment and payout information processed by Stripe. Ravia does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• Provide closets, styling, Circles, listings, offers, orders, shipping and payouts.
• Process payments, prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
• Send service communications and notifications you enable.
• Understand product performance, troubleshoot problems and improve Ravia.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Ravia, including Firebase for app infrastructure, Stripe for payments and payouts, and shipping providers for address validation and rates. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Security and retention

We use industry-standard safeguards and restrict access to production systems. Information is kept for as long as needed to provide Ravia, comply with legal and transaction-record requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Your choices

You can update profile information in the app. You can also request account deletion in Ravia or contact support to request access to or deletion of associated data, subject to legal and transaction-record retention requirements.
